A Study on the Industry Cluster Enterprises'Innovation Mechanism Based on the Perspective of Stakeholders

摘要

The development of industry cluster effectively motivates local economic development,stimulates adjustment of industry structure and pushes the process of innovation in rural area.This paper reviews the stakeholder theory,and classifies stakeholders of industry cluster as internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.It finds that for external stakeholders,the government system is the main reason to build external environment for stimulating upgrading the industrial structure of enterprises;and for internal stakeholders,a harmonious and fights-balanced environment is a key to innovation.These findings will help improve government's policy and enterprise regulation.
