Opening Address at the 2nd Forum of the World Association for Political Economy (WAPE)

@@Distinguished President, Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Friends and Colleagues,Last year, the first forum of the World Association for Political Economy (WAPE) wassuccessfully convened in Shanghai. Today, in the beautiful Shimane Prefecture, we meetagain at the second forum of WAPE to have a discussion over the contemporaryrelationship between labor and capital in the world. On behalf of the association, I'd like toextend my warmest welcome to all the scholars present at the meeting. I would also like toexpress my heartfelt thanks to the staff members of the University of Shimane fororganizing this forum.
