Research and Application of PLC Used in the DC hoist electric Control System

摘要

Mine promoting machine is an important large device in mine production. Its electrical drive and control technology is a main research domain in many countries all the time. The DC hoist analog electric control system in one mine of Ping Mei Coal Group was carried out by Analog technology, which had feeble stability and high failure rate. This system can not meet the requirement of modernization, robotization and information in Mine. After synthesizing promoting control advanced technology and its application, this paper studied on the digitalized reformation design according to the promoting craftwork requirement, including armature loop and excitation loop. IMAIC S7-200 series PLC was adopted as the speed regulating controller. And another PLC the same type realizes the logic, range control and protection of promoting system. The PLCs get contract with the computer through RS485 Serial-port. The digital system improved the reliability, conveniency and maintainability, and its performance meeted the requirement.
