摘要

The II-phase construction of Three Gorges Project (hereinafter shorted as TGP) featured in numerous placements and tight schedule. It is the dam blocks at the main-bed of Yangtze that is the most difficult part of the construction and controls the total -project duration. Subjected to the above restriction, it is the Tower Belt Conveyors that played a major role in placing concrete. It is unprecedented that large-scale application of the Tower Belt Conveyors and its feeding-line machines were used to place concrete to the main body at the Hydroelectricity Construction in the world, which brought forward some challenges for the traditional construction. In order to adapt to high-intensity and high-speed placement of the Tower Belt Conveyors, some innovation and breakthrough on the construction management and technology etc. in the second phase of construction of TGP have been put forward. This paper summed up some problems in placing concrete by Tower Belt Conveyors and their corresponding solutions and measures, and made out the brief summarization for the rapid placement technology for the Tower Belt Conveyors at the same time.
