Inguinal herniorrhaphy by applying dacron fibre membrane

By appling DACRON membrance as artificial ones, We have performed 34 cases of macro or recurrent hernia, the tension-free herniorrhaphies operation and the effects of the operation have been satisfying. Following is the report: Clinical Data: 34 cases, including 33 males and 1 male. Aged from 34 to 83 years and averaging at 57.6 years. In them, there are 8 cases of macrohernia, 3 cases of direct hernia and 23 cases of recurrent hernia. Classified into 11 cases of prostate hyper trophy, 5 cases of constipation, 8 cases of chronic bronchitis, 1 case of cirrhosis with a little ascities, 2 cases of cerebrovas cular accident with sequelae, and 6 cases of having more than 2 kinds of complications.
