Design a biogas and solar energy drying sludge system, municipal sludge after anaerobic ferment produces biogas, using biogas and solar energy as the main heat source to dry municipal sludge from 70% moisture content which after mechanical dehydration to 40% moisture content. Make a comparison of energy saving, economic benefits and environmental benefits between this composite energy system and the conventional energy system or other composite energy system, and analysis economic benefits and environmental benefits under different operation strategies. Drawing conclusions that the biogas and solar energy drying sludge system has a good economy benefits and environmental benefits, the system open auxiliary coal-fired boiler in the sun radiation intensity of less than 150 W/m2 can receive maximum economic benefits and environmental benefits.
