In order to improve the automatic loading and unloading control performance of freight car handling, the automatic loading and unloading control system of freight car handling is designed, and the design method of freight car handling automatic loading and unloading control system based on fuzzy multifunctional intelligent control is put forward. First design system application module, ISA/EISA/Micro Channel extension bus is used to load the instruction of automatic loading and unloading control of freight car, combined with fuzzy integral conversion control method to cross compile the execution program, and the DSP chip of integrated information processing is used as the core processor to read and write the instructions of the automatic loading and unloading system of freight car. In the environment of ARM embedded microprocessor, the hardware modularization design and bus development of freight car handling automatic loading and unloading control system are carried out, interface design and clock system design in the peripheral module. The test results show that the designed automatic loading superior overall performance. The experimental results show that the designed automatic loading system has good overall performance.
