With the popularization of the innovation and entrepreneurship strategies in college students and the expansion of the Internet services, the existing technologies can hardly meet the demand of the development direction of the management informatization in the era of innovation and entrepreneurship promotion in the college students. In this paper, with the design model based on the TC motivation as the core, a kind of strategy for the promotion of the innovation and entrepreneurship in the college students based on the integration of the TC motivation design model (hereinafter referred to as TCMDM for short) is put forward in this paper. Based on the TC motivation design model, the corresponding abstract model is constructed. Subsequently, the optimal management informatization model for the innovation and entrepreneurship in the college students is obtained based on the data, which has verified the rationality of the TC motivation design model and the sample data reconstruction method put forward in this paper in terms of theory. The experiment shows that: Compared with the typical DS-means, the strategy for the promotion of the innovation and entrepreneurship in the college students not only has reduced the communication cost between the network nodes, but it can also improve the efficiency of the overall innovation and entrepreneurship promotion strategy in the college students by about 10% on an average.
