Electrospun PCL-based bilayer membrane was fabricated in order to both guide endothelial cells and support the whole structure by controlling the alignment and component. The inner layer on which PCL/Coll nanofibers were aligned parallel to blood flow remarkably enhanced cell performance. And the outer layer including silica xerogel provided sufficient strength to replace the damaged blood vessels.
