Development of renewable energy is motivated by policy priorities. However, the policy incentives have begun to be reduced, renewable energy can't depend on policies once more. To stimulate the further development of renewable energy and the completed renewable generators, this paper proposes an energy bank system (EBS) - an energy trading platform with distributed energy storage system (DESS) for multiple microgrids. EBS can be compared with general bank system, the money is the electrical energy, the kinds of hybrid energy storage are similar with the kinds of deposit money, renewable distributed generation (RDG) becomes a kind of investment. To maximize the utilization efficiency of RDG, power customers of EBS can trade electricity energy with each other and obtain revenue. Finally, based on the practical data, the simulation results prove advanced economic advantages and high effectiveness of EBS.
