The Design and Implementation of Power Inductor Automatic Test System

As a key part of the circuit, the dynamic characteristics of power devices directly affect the performance and life of the equipment. Studying the dynamic characteristics of power devices is an important prerequisite for designing high-power circuits. In this paper, the physical characteristics of the power inductors of a high-power boost circuit are analyzed in detail, which provides a theoretical basis for determining the test content and finding the test method. The test circuit is analyzed in detail, and the saturated current and inductance value of power inductors are tested, which makes up for the shortcomings of the existing inductor testing instruments that can't measure saturated current.
