Square/Triangular Wave Generator using Fractional Capacitor

摘要

A square/triangular wave generator using fractional capacitor is proposed in the paper. Proposed circuit realization improves the oscillation frequency. The circuit is simulated with PSPICE and realized using active components. The simulated result matches with practical result.
