Immunotargeting HER2+ breast cancer cells with Au@SiO_2-anti-HER2 NPs was dependent on the number of antibodies/NP. Au@SiO_2-anti-HER2 NPs with -100 antibodies/NP exhibited highly specific targeting of HER2+ breast cancer cells in vitro, but with NPs with ～10 antibodies/NP did not.
