摘要

Our work shows that inverse vaccination with sHDL carrying tolerogenic peptide antigens is a promising strategy for treatment of MS. Overall, sHDL-based inverse vaccination may offer a simple, scalable, and effective means for immunotherapy against MS and other autoimmune diseases.
