With the rapid development of social economy, the management modes of those traditional enterprises have failed to give an instant reaction to changes in the market. However, with the advent of supply chain management model, changes in the market could be quickly responded. The cooperation between supply chain companies is not only cooperation but also competition, making the game between companies inevitable. This paper builds an evolutionary game model for suppliers and manufacturers in the supply chain, analyzes the influencing factors of the two strategies' behaviors, and finds that the probability of cooperation between the two is positively correlated with excess returns, negatively related to total investment costs and betrayal returns. At the same time, there is an optimal way to distribute excess returns so that the possibility of cooperation between the two parties is maximized. Based on this, the countermeasures and suggestions for effectively promoting active cooperation among supply chain enterprises are proposed.
