It is difficult to miniaturize the volume of the current detection system, and it is difficult to solve the problem of the intelligentization of the miniature circuit breaker. This paper preliminarily establishes the current detection model of the miniature circuit breaker and explores the intelligence of the current detection system. A thermoelectric current detection method based on thermoelectric coupling is proposed. A relatively closed measuring cavity is installed on the wire, and the measuring cavity is regarded as a system. According to the principle of heat balance, the relationship between the temperature rise of the energized conductor and the current is established, and the value of the current of the energized conductor is detected by analyzing the temperature characteristic of the measuring chamber to achieve the purpose of real-time detection of the current of the energized conductor. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed model are verified by ANSYS numerical simulation.
