摘要

The precise control system of the pumped storage power station developed in this paper is based on the analysis of the large amount of historical operation scenes of “source-network-load-storage”. It fully excavates the characteristics and occurrence rules of the abandoned wind/water period, and breaks the contradiction between peak load regulation of the power grid and the problem that the regulating capacity of the pumped storage power station has reached its limit. The energy stratified filling method for pumped storage power station precise control is proposed to cope with the contradiction between the increasing fluctuating power supply and the increasing user terminal load, and to realize the coordination and optimization of various resources such as hydropower, thermal power, wind power, pumped storage power, tie line and short-term load forecasting curve in the energy internet. Enhance the overall capacity to absorb and flexibility.
