摘要

The article is devoted to investigation of the influence of secondary vibration modes in the uniformity of the working ring disk mode ultrasonic radiators. In the first part the article refers to application of ultrasonic vibrations for various processes intensification. Further article considers methods, allowing reduce quantity secondary mode in investigated frequency range, which can render influence on distribution fluctuations sought annular mode at imposition their friend on friend. It is shown that to change the frequency of the secondary mode to increase the difference between its frequency and the frequency of the ring flexural-oscillating mode, it is necessary to find the cause of its appearance in this particular frequency range.
