摘要

This paper introduces an approach for calculating the field current and the average winding temperature in electrically excited synchronous machines in case of contactless energy supply. An analytical model for computing the load-dependent operating characteristics is introduced and compared to measurement results. Based on these results, a system of equations is derived which facilitates the calculation of the field voltage and current. Measured and calculated data for the field voltage and current show very good accordance.
