The research of factors influence doctor-patient relationship quality: Investigation of public hospitals in Sichuan province

摘要

The purpose of this study is to reveal the factors influence doctor-patient relationship quality and put forward several suggestions accordingly. This study took 166 managers and medical staffs from public hospital in Sichuan province as investigation object, using questionnaire survey and content analysis, and summing up four main factors affecting doctor-patient relationship quality, including: hospital , patient, medical system and society. The influencing factors from hospital are referred most, and the process quality plays a more important role than that of the result quality and medical expenses. And suggestions mainly include the medical system reform, service quality improvement, patient two-way communication and guiding the media to report from objective point.
