High accurate path loss prediction formula by using occupancy ratio for mobile radio propagation

摘要

The extended Sakagami path loss prediction Formula, which can consider city structure including building height and road width, is a highly accurate path loss prediction formula for mobile communications. However, this formula cannot be applied to areas with extremely low average building height such as open and residential areas. In this paper, we propose an extended Sakagami path loss prediction formula that covers open to city areas by its use of occupancy ratio as a parameter.
