UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, as an educational institution, currently has implemented a Single Tuition Fee System starting from academic year 2017/2018. The system is used to determine the amount of student’s tuition fee based on data describing economic ability of students, parents, or other parties who finance the students. However the application still has many weaknesses and drawbacks perceived by users. Therefore it is necessary to conduct research related to end-user satisfaction since the application is important to the university and user satisfaction is an important factor to successful implementation of an information system. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors affecting user satisfaction of Single Tuition Fee Systems of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This quantitative research is conducted based on End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The population in this research is active students of academic year 2017/2018. From the population, 181 respondents are selected to be sampled in this study. Sampling is conducted by using purposive sampling technique. The process of data analysis using PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS version 3.0. As a result, of the 5 proposed hypotheses, 1 of them were rejected and 4 others were accepted. Factors that affects user satisfaction are accuracy, content, timeliness and ease of use. This results recommend PUSTIPANDA, the university IT center, to be more focus on the factors affecting the end-user satisfaction of the system.
