With the advancement of education informationization, e-schoolbag is more and more widely used in course teaching of primary and secondary schools. This study base on "cognition, case imitation, and non-control practice" three steps teaching method of Oral English with e-schoolbag experimental class in a junior middle school in Guangzhou city, Guangdong province as an example. This study also analyzes the current situation of English oral communication ability and existing problems in junior middle schools. Through three rounds of action research, this paper summarizes functions and roles of e-schoolbag in cultivating English oral communication ability of junior middle school students, explores a cultivating model of junior middle school students English oral communication ability based on e-schoolbag and validates the effectiveness of this model.
