摘要

The MCCBA mixing with autograft at appropriate ratio has the ability to induce solid fusion. The material properties of MCCBA subjectively improve the handling characteristics in comparison to autograft alone. This study demonstrates that the ability of MCCBA combined with less amounts of autograft can achieve similar rates as autograft alone. Further investigation will be conducted to determine the minimum autograft required to promote bone formation and spine fusion in this animal model in the near future.
