LncRNA plays important roles in many biological and pathological processes. LncRNA-protein interaction is the most significant way of IncRNA performing function. Thus, identifying IncRNA-protein interaction has huge significance. The previous methods of IncRNA-protein interaction prediction focus on intrinsic features of IncRNA and protein but ignore the information implicit in the topologies of biological network associated with IncRNA. In this paper, we adopt Hetesim algorithm which can evaluate the relevance between IncRNA and protein based on the heterogeneous IncRNA-protein network to identify IncRNA-protein interacitons.
