Multi-color Pop Art Product by Silk Screen Printing for the Textile Industry

摘要

The graphic T-shirt became popular of a good tool for presenting art made by small number of artists to many people. T-shirts are able to share their social experience that provide information derived from their own identities. The creation of identities and visual images are make the T-shirt more valuable from screen printer. The advantage of screen printing is color bright and lasts longer than other types of prints. This paper aim to propose silk screen printing method of the produce desired results as a thin ink deposit is usually indicated. There are 5 steps of processing for compared between pop art machine and human resource in textile industry. The results shown that proposed method can improve performance of silk screen printing as increase productivity of 1080 pieces per hour and few error rate. The major contribution in term of knowledge are time and cost saving for manufacturing process.
