Nowadays, it is more and more highly regarded on hygiene and epidemic works in our country along with outburst commonality hygiene events. Correspondingly, all kinds of epidemic prevention presentiment system emerge as the time require. The commonness of these systems are based on epidemic prevention stage in a city or in a country, which emphasize download and upload the documents. However, they ignore the collection of the potential epidemic situation at basement layer. This paper bases on epidemic prevention works flow in the basement layer, not only make the health document Stat., but also family hereditary illness history, which can help to know omnidirectionally the epidemic prevention situation of the whole unit. The system this paper brought forward can fill up the blank in the country.
