Human biomechanics characterization can be carried out applying optic techniques. At present several optic techniques have been developed that allow to generate crite-rions and support tools to the diagnosis of the human bony-muscular system. Development and application of the Struc-tured Illumination is a solution in the morphological study of human surfaces in movement. This investigation shows the development of an experimental system based on the Illumination structured for the characterization of the surface of foot during walking. The application of this technique favors biomechanics study of foot. The carried out digital processing and modeling of morphology of foot in three moments different from walking is shown. The correlation of the resulte is pre-sented among different technical and an analysis of the causes of errors is made.
