Using multi-walled carbon nanotubes as support, catalysts with varying K, Ni and Co contents wereprepared and the catalysts were characterized by N_2 adsorption, x-ray diffraction, and TPR. The texturalcharacteristics of the catalysts are found to be low compared to that of pure support. The low intensity of peaks inXRD patterns for metal particles indicates that added metal particles are finely dispersed on the support. At high Co(6 wt%) and Ni (4.5 wt%) content, the peaks corresponding to CoMo and NiMo phases are appeared. A shift inreduction temperature of Mo(VI) to lower temperature.
