摘要

Novel biodegradable PCL-APS-PCL copolymers were suscessfully synthesized and can self-assemble into micelles with spherical and homogeneous shape. The micelles can encapsulate anticancer drug PTX and the PTX-loaded micelles could restrain the growth of hela or even kill hela cells. Based on these results, it could be concluded that PCL-APS-PCL micelles are potential novel delivery carriers for anticancer drugs.
