摘要

Engineering management based on electrical and information technology (EMEI) can be defined as is an interdisciplinary subject that focuses on solving the engineering management problems based on the engineering background in on a the platform of networks and computer and networks, information technology, project management, decision support systems, industrial engineering, supply chain man agement, manufacturing, and ecological engineering. In this paper, an overview of six ICMSEMs is firstly presented with the goal of fostering international research collaboration in EMEI. Secondly, this paper provides the investigates the key issues of the sixth ICMSEM to follow the trend of the technology development. Thirdly, the course of EMEI development in EMEI shows has been shown to have a posi tive effects on in both the academic research and practice guidance application. Its continuous development has brought on an upsurge in resulted in an increase in re search and which tends to indicates an increasing trend of development trend. From 2007 to 2012, The ICMSEM from 2007 to 2012 are closely concerned focused on with the trend of EMEI development for EMEI and has reflects reflected the EMEI advancements in EMEI to some extent. Then,In this paper, an evaluation of the sixth conference is used to highlight the EMEI progress. With its the new break through in conference organization, ICMSEM provides a convenient and exclusive platform for academic exchange and communication and will continue to play a role in promoting the EMEI advancements in EMEI in the future. Furthermore, the a unique research Computer-based Research Paradigm idea of Computer-based Re search Paradigm is put forward to interpret the outstanding ICMSEM and promote the EMEI development of EMEI. Last but not the least,Finally, this paper expresses our appreciation for those who have made contribution ed to ICMSEM and those who have shown interest to in EMEI.
