With the continuing reform of housing system, low-rent housing is increasingly becoming the subject of Chinese housing security system, local governments have increased financial fund successively for the construction of low-rent housing. Currently, the problem needs to be solved is how to determine the low-rent housing level of security objectively and reasonably. Based on the definition of low-rent housing level of security, this article conducts a statistical analysis of low-rent housing level of security in every region in China and makes the regional comparison, then analyzes the existing problems and proposes the corresponding measures in order to correct the direction of its development and boost its healthy development.
