This article analyzes logistics management features of Chinese brand apparel enterprise, it is true that the high-end clothing market in China is still a monopoly of foreign brand clothing, and the market lack strong local brands. Facing such fierce competition, some brand apparel enterprises began to explore how to improve Logistics management in order to reduce cost and improve efficiency, and they want to change the viewpoint people only focused on the design and production of clothing. Logistics management of brand apparel enterprises have characters as systematic, complexity, timeliness, high cost, and cluster; the apparel enterprise always unable to proceed to the next Quarter of redevelopment because of cash shorten, on the other hand there are large amounts of cash due to take inventory; in the transport and packaging areas, too large package increasing transportation costs and other issues. This article conclude the features of logistics management of the Chinese brand apparel enterprises, and give the strategy about how to improve the level of logistics management, suggest the enterprises built awareness, improve logistics management technology (particularly for wireless bar code Applications) and mode, optimize the logistics management aspects of brand apparel enterprise, and then logistics management will play a great role in Chinese apparel enterprises' future.
