Logistic Cost control is one of core factors of manufacturing enterprise's cost control. According to the rule of physical flow of goods in manufacturing enterprise's this article using science management methods and the strategies to exploratory study the procurement cost and inventory cost in logistics activities. The purposes of this article are making each item of logistics activities best coordination and cooperation, reducing the enterprise's logistics cost and raising manufacturing enterprise's economic efficiency.
