The Study on Work Stress: Theoretical Models and Applications

摘要

Studying theoretical models of work stress are the basis for enterprises to carry out work stress managements. This paper makes literature reviews of theoretical models of work stress in the past years. And then conclude that effective work stress management measures should consider both organization and personal factors. Therefore, a series of work stress management strategy is discussed from both individual and organizational points of view.
