Chinese small and medium enterprises in economic development played a significant role, but financing difficulties of SMEs has been the most prominent and the most common problem of Chinese economic development. It is worth noting that the corporate finance structure has a close relationship between corporate governance. This article from the current situation of SME financing, researched the influence and effect between the financing structure and corporate governance, and further expanded the financing difficulties of SMEs, at last it put forward specific measures of financing.
