Research on Traffic Flow Control of Beijing Urban District

摘要

Because the traffic conditions are going worse in Beijing nowadays, the system of traffic flow control must be constructed urgently. Based on the questionnaire investigation, some traffic flow control models of driving curbs and levying congestion charge are established. According to the models, the effect of traffic flow control can be estimated. It can be concluded that levying congestion charge have great positive effect towards the traffic flow control in Beijing urban districts.
