New Rural Endowment Insurance System after Introducing the Land Circulation Factors: Subject Identification and Mode Selection

With the development of the land circulation and New Rural Endowment Insurance System, diverse land circulation forms make different farmer groups have the different endowment insurance need. The research on subject identification and its matching mode selection of New Rural Endowment Insurance System has an important theoretical and practical significance. This paper selects rural residents in the pilot counties of New Rural Endowment Insurance System in Gaochun Country in Jiangsu Province, Tongxu Country in Henan Province and Chencang Zone (Baoji City) in Shaanxi Province in the eastern, central and western areas as investigation objects, and uses Crosstabs and Correlation statistical methods to analyze 2521 valid questionnaires. The research results show that subject identification of different farmer groups and different land circulation forms have advantage to subdivide different group's endowment insurance need, to clear different group's attitude to land circulation and New Rural Social Endowment Insurance System. Thus, according to the existing Baoji mode, Jiaxing mode and "company+peasant household" mode, the optimal matching mode could be selected in order to promote land circulation and improve the New Rural Endowment Insurance System.
