Human resource is the key to the success of international marketing. Motivating and managing global human resource is an art. Besides the basic qualities of domestic marketers, international marketers should understand host country languages, know international business, have cross-cultural view and strong ability to adjust to foreign environment. Managers should know these features and use different motivating methods accordingly to manage them successfully.
