Study of Effects on China's Economic Development by Low Carbon Economy and the Countermeasures

摘要

LCE is the strategic choice leading China to transform the mode of economic development. Development of LCE can promote optimization and upgrading of Chinese industrial structure and contribute to better responding to two global crises for China. This paper analyzes the necessity for a low carbon economy in China and discusses the measures for China's low-carbon economy from formulating strategy and policy of low carbon development, low carbon industry, low carbon technology and etc.
