Enterprise Flow Evaluation System Based on ANP

Most of the existing enterprise evaluation system focused on the independent innovation capability of enterprises, neglecting the independent innovation transformation capability. In this paper, we propose the concept of enterprise flow and build a conceptual model of enterprise flow. By reading papers, finishing in 35 potential factors affecting enterprise evaluation. Through the questionnaire method and cluster analysis, we clusters four secondary indicators and two pioneer indicators which are independent innovation capability and of independent innovation transformation capacity. We use SD statistical software give each index of the enterprise flow the weight. We also use empirical analysis of Haier Group to test the effectiveness of the evaluation system.
