There are greater challenges and new problems confronted by college student work under new circumstances. College student work should be humanoriented and establish the key work idea of "equality, development, interaction, service". The subject position of students should be ensured, the personality development should get more attention and their legal rights should be guaranteed. In addition, the education and service system of college student work should be innovated. All the above factors are beneficial for country and society to cultivate more comprehensive and competitive talents.
