Overload, shock and vibration is accompanied by the whole process of missile launching, flight, reentry, and the missile flight and ground testing of the existence of environmental differences that making the error model was obtained by the ground a single environmental testing is difficult to adapt to the combined environment of actual flight overload, shock and vibration. In this paper, Strapdown Inertial Measurement Unit(SIMU) damping multi-body system dynamics model was established by the transfer matrix method of multibody system(MS-TMM), and the adaptability of SIMU on combined environments of overload, shock and vibration was researched. The output characteristics of SIMU under combined environment of overload, shock and vibration was obtained by numerical simulation. The research results provide theoretical reference for SIMU to achieve high-precision application.
