Doxorubicin Loaded Zein Nanoparticles

摘要

The main objective of the present research work was to explore the use of zein, a corn protein for developing nanoparticles for intracellular drug delivery applications. In vitro therapeutic activity of doxorubicin loaded zein nanoparticles was found to be significantly higher in resistant cancer cells.
