摘要

The objective of the present study is to develop flood quantile estimates for various gauged and ungauged stations of Narayani river system in Nepal using regional flood frequency analysis. General Logistic distribution (GLO) has been found as most suitable distribution for the estimation of flood quantile for Narayani river basin. The similar studies are recommended for other river basins of Nepal which is having large hydroelectric potential but very limited number of gauging stations.
