ANALYSIS OF THE PILOT PRODUCTION OF 10 WOODEN WINDOWS OF SAWED EUCALYPTUS. STUDY CASE: JOINERY MADEIRARTE (ITAPEVA-SP/BRASIL).

摘要

The objective of the present paper is to analyze the pilot production of 10 wooden windows of sawed eucalyptus, in a collective joinery in self management process, Madeirarte, located in the rural settlement Pirituba II (Itapeva-SP/Brasil). The activities involve since the qualification of the joiners for eucalyptus sawed wood acquisition, reading of technical drawings, improvement and assembly processes of the wooden windows. The research strategy adopted was to study the accumulated experience for the proper collective self-managed joinery and to evaluate the activities of the pilot production pilot of the 10 wooden windows through the direct comment, written registers, photographic and videos. Thereby, the gotten results, productivity in the joinery and costs appropriation, indicate the viability to supply wooden windows of sawed eucalyptus, for social housing projects. Moreover, the experience provided to increase the interaction between the knowledge of the involved actors, joiners and researches, in a way of the wooden windows, produced in the joinery attends to the market requirements toward to the social housing projects.
