摘要

Sand environment, such as sand storms in deserts, mangled equipments seriously. As a result it was very important to learn how the equipments were mangled by the sand environment and confirm the damage grade. Sand wind tunnel was a very important and efficient equipment to do this work. In order to simulate the sand environment of desert factually, the air fluid in the experimental segment must be approximatively laminar flow and the distribution of sand density should be well-proportioned. The first requirement was easy to be satisfied. However, because of the effect of gravity and drag force acted on sand particles of different diameters, the locations of the sprayers and sand particles' muzzle directions affected the distribution of sand density seriously. To content the second requirement the sprayers' best locations and sand particles' right muzzle directions must be found. This paper was to solve this problem.
