Based on the components of psychological committee members' assessment and investigation from several Chinese colleges, the results showed that psychological committee members' assessment has stepped into rapid, but differentiated development across colleges; training and motivation were highly valued compared with inspection and institutionalization. We suggested establishing the three-dimensional stereo model of assessment
