From the experience of the United States, combined with the reality of China, proposed the specific plans for coal power companies to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions. Analysis and assessment it by the principles of net present value and option pricing decisions, construction of the corresponding decision-making model. According to influence decision-making to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions variable, putting forward policy recommendations from the system design, financing, taxation, pricing mechanism, and the others.
