摘要

1000kV single circuit UHV power transmission demonstration project from Jincheng to Jingzhou via Nanyang is the first UHV transmission line in China. Researching its level of power frequency over-voltage has important directive significance to the formation of large regional power grid. The influence on power frequency voltage rising by installing the high voltage parallel reactors at the receiving end of transmission line and at the sending end or at both ends in three operating conditions, i.e., capacity effect of unloaded line, load shedding and single-phrase-to-ground faults are discussed and simulation calculation to the above research with electromagnetism transient program ATP-Draw are implemented. The simulation results show that: the effect of eliminating power frequency voltage rising is better when high voltage parallel reactors are installed at the receiving end of transmission line but not at the sending end or at both ends.
